This program is for training and raising the next generation of leaders with strong evangelical faith education based on YWAM Discipleship Training School (DTS) content, combined with global Christian leadership and exceptional communication skills.

Your YWAM DTS starts with training and discipleship on-campus at YWAM Tyler. During this phase, you will engage in the following training:
Global Leadership • Decision-making Skills • Conflict Resolution • Public Speech • Strategic Planning • The Character of God • Hearing God’s voice • The Father heart of God • The Cross • The Holy Spirit • Relationships • God’s Calling • Spiritual warfare • Discipling nations • Interactive English learning • Group discussion • Writing • Intercultural learning • Community living
Once you’ve finished your campus phase, it’s on to OUTREACH! Spend two-months with your DTS crew sharing the love of God through various evangelism and ministry experiences.
• Learn about the America's Christian heritage, American national history, the Korean independence movement in America.
• Attend the Conference at Young America's Foundation's Washington DC headquarters.
• College campus ministry, urban evangelism, Homeless ministry and etc.
