DTS IS AN EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEVER FORGET

After these 5 months, you're ready to be serious about being a missionary wherever God takes you. However, to get to the mission field the SOE is an incredible next step to your missionary training. 

 

School of evangelism

School of Evangelism expands your heart to see the world through God’s eyes. Throughout the SOE you will begin to see God’s passion for the nations unfold. Learn how to relate the Gospel message to other cultures and communities around the world, and become a powerful, creative communicator of God’s truth. 

This secondary school also opens the door for staffing at our missionary training center, discipling others into missions.

By the time you've had 6 months of in-class training and 4 months on the field between your DTS and SOE, you'll be ready for God's vision for life long mission adventure. This is where your calling becomes reality, and God's vision becomes clear. 

SCHOOL OF Strategic missions  

The School of Strategic Missions is designed to enable you help fulfill Christ’s Great Commission: To make disciples of all nations. SOSM, endeavors to prepare you to successfully target and engage previously un-targeted, unreached people groups. SOSM helps you recognize strategic opportunities for the evangelization of a people or country, and to approach urban ministry with a frontiers emphasis.


The school includes a 3 month teaching phase at YWAM Tyler followed by a 3 month outreach which you will design with the help of the SOSM staff. This is the beginning of reaching your target location to share the love of Christ.
