Develop a deeper understanding of the issues facing the world’s poor by helping them physically, opening the doors of their lives to evangelism and discipleship.

Campus Phase

Your AIM School starts with 6 months of training and discipleship on-campus at YWAM Tyler's Working Farm Training Facility. During this phase, you will build deep friendships, grow your faith, and get equipped by seasoned missionaries.

The course will include topics like these:

• Permaculture Food Forest
• Aquaponics
• Substance Farming
• Urban Gardening
• Fruit Tree Grafting
• Animal Husbandry
• Appropriate Tech for Developing Nations
• Home Building

Missions Phase

Once you’ve finished your campus phase, it’s on to OUTREACH! You will spend 3 months in a foreign practicum administrated by your Ag Tech team. 

When you minister the Gospel holistically, mind, body, and spirit, it opens the doors in the life of an individual. We believe the tools you received during your campus phase training will put you in peoples lives in a natural way, so they can see Jesus in you. This opens hearts to hear the Gospel and receive long-term discipleship.
